The key to any marketing program is measurement. You put out marketing effort then you measure the results. Measurement provides feedback to fine-tune your program by investing in areas that give the best results. Without measurement your marketing is a ship without a rudder.
One of the great things about the Internet is the accuracy of measurement. Web servers log everything in Web logs. Web site statistics takes these raw Web logs and creates Web traffic reports that we can use. Web traffic reports provide the measurement for your marketing program.
Your Web site traffic reports are brand new. These new reports are easier to read and provide more useful information. For example, the report shows a table called "Daily Traffic." The column headings are date, number of visits, pages, hits, and bandwidth. This is report shows how many people visited your site each day, how many pages they looked at, and how much content they downloaded.
We just put a lot of time and effort into improving your site statistics. Now they are updated daily, not once a week like before. If you haven't looked at your Web site statistics lately, we suggest you go into your Admin area and do so. They are accurate, timely, and completely new and improved!
