In the Admin Area of your site are five Web Marketing functions. These functions allow you to fine-tune your marketing program yourself. You'll find these functions in the top left (green) area of the Admin Main Menu as follows:
1. View Web Marketing Report
2. Assign a Web Marketing Job
3. View & Edit Web Marketing Jobs
4. Web Marketing Job Archive
5. Add & Delete Keyword Request
Item 1, "View Web Marketing Report" is the same report we mail each month. It shows your current keywords and the general (monthly) trend of you site traffic. If you look at just one statistic "Page Views" is it. This indicates how your site is doing.
Items 2 through 4 all interact with MGM job management system. When you enter a job here, it goes directly to the employee. This is a simple and direct way to tell the individual exactly what you want done.
Item 5, "Add & Delete Keyword Request" allows you to change your keywords. Search Engines consensus says keywords are the most important aspect of Web Marketing. Keywords bring the right people to the site for the right reason. This is what people enter into Search Engines to find you. You should give this some thought.
