I. Overview

Our Web Marketing Program gets traffic by placing your site near the top of major search engines. Web Marketing is a campaign, not a one-time service. Web Makerting programs are based on hours. It takes a minimum of 10 hours to get your site optimized and an additional 1 to 3 hours each month to maintain the program. The work is creating keyword content pages, evaluating pages using a computer knowledge base, optimizing pages for specific search engines, listing the site with search engines, and monitoring the progress as you move up in the search engine. The majority of hours take place in the beginning of the program. This document explains a typical entry-level program and includes the estimated hours of work performed.

II. Keyword Content Pages

A. Background

Keyword content pages are pages designed specifically to impress the search engines. We will create a page, or series of pages, based on a single group of keywords. We will optimize that page so that the keyword is repeated in the title, text, headings, alt tags, links, etc. The goal is to make your page appear as the wealth of information on a specific subject matter. The page will be picked up and indexed by a search engine. It will rank high because it is dedicated to one specific subject matter. The goal is to make your site appear is the single best source for the keyword subject matter.

B. Pricing

The price includes creation, optimization and installation of keyword content pages is approximately three hours for the first page, and two hours for each page after that.

III. Site Optimization

A. Background

Any legitimate Web Marketing service includes optimizing the site prior to listing. Listing a site without optimizing it for certain keywords is a waste of time and money. Sites must be optimized prior to being listed with search engines. Often sites are created for visual appeal, however search engine listing is a text only system. To list high in a search engine we must rework the main page - generally adding text to predominantly visual design. We add text, titles, alt tags, links, headings and other elements. The idea is to interject your keywords into your main page any way we can. If your keywords do not appear on your main page you site will never achieve a high ranking, no matter how many times you submit is for indexing.

B. Pricing

1. Main page optimization - 4 hours.
2. Optimmizing the remainder of the site - 2 to 6 hours depending on size of site.
3. Follow up with client is on a per hour basis.

IV. Managing the Campaign

A. Background

Mills Group Multimedia Web Marketing service includes a monthly Web Marketing Package mailed to your place of business that includes the following documents:

1. Search Engine Listing Report - containing where you rank in each search engine with each keyword and your monthly incremental movement up or down.

2. Site Traffic Summary - including a history of page views and sessions (visitors) of your site each month since the inception of the program. The monthly marketing report gives you a concise summary of the effectiveness of your web marketing program.
3. Web Marketing Newsletter

B. Pricing

This is included in the program. Typical monthly billing is 1 to 3 hours per month (at 40/hr.) per web site (depending on the number of keywords).

V. Adding to the Campaign

The Web Marketing report provides a clear picture of the site's performance in all major search engines. We provide online Web Trends and Traffic reports that give additional insight into what search engine people are using to find the site. Clients augment their Web Marketing activity with additional keywords and additional work done on the main page. This type of activity is invoiced on a per hour basis.

VI. Rates and Terms

A. Hourly Rate

Web Marketing activity is on a per hour basis at $50 per hour.

B. Payment Terms

1. A deposit is required to initiate the web Marketing Service.
2. Web Marketing hours are recorded during the month performed and invoiced at the end of the month.
